- အစားအသောက် ထုတ်ကုန်များ သယ်ယူပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း။
- တာဝန်ယူတတ်ပြီး အလုပ်ကြိုးစားသူ။
- ကိုယ်ခန္ဓာ ကျန်းမာကြံ့ခိုင်သူ။
- အဖွဲ့နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ။

😴 Rest Day : 4 days off per month
