- ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို ကျေပွန်စွာ ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
- အလုပ်ချိန်ကြာမြင့်စွာ လုပ်ကိုင်လိုသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
💸 Variable Pay:
- OT & Rating Incentive (after 176 hours/month):
- Rating < 4.8 → SGD6/hour
- Rating ≥ 4.8 → SGD12/hour
Sunday Job Incentive: + SGD140 (when exceeding 176 hours/month)
4 Sundays/month → 10 or more Sunday jobs
5 Sundays/month → 12 or more Sunday jobs (e.g., June & Aug 2025)
💹 Deductions from Variable Pay:
- L1: Late / Missing Equipment → SGD30 per default
- L2: Reschedule/Cancel Job → SGD40 per default
- L3: Did not attend job & no notice → SGD80 per default
💰 Basic Salary: SGD 600/month.
🏡 နေစရိတ် SGD 300
🚍 Transport: SGD 200
📳 Phone Allowance: SGD 30
👔 Kit Allowance: SGD 150
⏰ OT: SGD 6 – 12.
🤑 Total Basic Compensation: SGD 1,230
