Position: Home Cleaning Supervisor cum Trainer

Requirements:
- Age below 40 years old.
- Must be strong in both Burmese & English communication.
- Must have at least 1 year experience as supervisor in any industry.
- Must be smart and resourceful.
- Must have an outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Must have hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Work with Lead Trainer to plan and design training program.
- Deliver home cleaning training and retraining program to professionals.
- Screening of professionals to ensure that the right candidates join the platform.
- On-site customer audits to uphold top professional standards.
- Update data repository to maintain records of the quality of professionals that complete
the program. - Any other duties as required.
Salary:
- $1700 – $1900/month (basic + housing, transport etc allowances).
- Working hours and days: 10am to 8pm / 6 days a week (rest day on Sunday).
- Housing : Not Provided.
- OT: N.A.
