Position: Vegetable Farm Worker (WP)

Requirements:
- Must be married with kids and preferably 28yo or older because more matured and has responsibilities.
- Must be from the village areas and poor so that will work hard, cannot be city boy type.
- Must have working experince in doing vegetable farming.
- Must be able to do a lot of squatting and working under hot sun or light rain.
- Must be strong, cannot be weak and thin, and of average height.
- No drinking alcohol, no smoking and no chewing betel nuts.
- Must be obedient, willing to learn and hardworking.
- After learning, must be proactive and no need to keep asking to do the same thing.
- Must provide full body photo, height and weight.
Duties:
- Weeding, ploughing the field using machine, plant seeds/ seedlings.
- Watering and add fertilizers according to the plant size.
- Plucking/cutting once reached specific size and put in basket.
- Lots of squatting and bending over while carrying out daily duties.
- Any other farm duties assigned.
Salary:
- $800 / month (basic + fixed OT).
- Working hours: 7am – 7pm (till all duties completed).
- Rest days: 1 rest day a month.
- OT: 1.5x.
- Housing: Provided, stay in farm.
- Can buy food and cook.
