Requirements:
- Must be below 35 years old.
- Must have at least 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience.
- Must be able to communicate in English to understand customers’ instructions.
- Cannot take MC frequently or moonlight (work “outside” job).
- Must perform well in bringing cleanliness image to the customers with satisfaction.
- Cannot dispute with customers on work issue, report to supervisor instead to resolve.
- Must be hardworking and willing to do all cleaning duties as requested by customers.
- Must be able to accept no public holiday rest will be given.
Duties:
- All hotel cleaning duties like cleaning guestrooms mid-stay and after departure, making beds, replacing used towels with new ones, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms.
- Ensuring new toiletries provided by the hotel are placed at appropriate places.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Salary:
- $1700 basic + $300 performance (attendance incentive) = $2000 / month
- Working hours / days: 12 hrs a day (2 rest days per month)
- OT: 1.5x after 12hrs
- Housing and Food not provided by company (self source)
- Must not take MC to get attendance incentive for the month
