📜 Requirements:

Must have Singapore working experience AND in Myanmar worked in Hospital before.
Must have minimum of Nursing Aide certificate.
Must agree to sign 4 years contract from work start date.
Must be able to write, understand and speak English to maintain accurate records and documentation of the care provided.
Must enjoy taking care and interacting with elderly.
Must be patient, kind, caring and good tempered.
Must know how to use google map and willing to travel around Singapore.
Must have good attitude and communication to do housekeeping/personal hygiene duties.
Must be willing to do all duties or work overtime if requested by company.
Must be physically fit and strong to carry/support the elderly.
Must be willing to work hard and flexible with working arrangement, not calculative.
Must not have any visible tattoo on hands etc.

Duties:

Perform Nursing care procedures such as taking vital signs, administering tube feeding and other medical tasks.
Maintain accurate and detailed records and documentation of the care provided such as observations, medication administration, changes in condition etc.
Personal Hygiene: bathing, personal grooming, toileting & elimination needs, lifting, transferring and positioning and etc.
Activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL): sweeping, mopping of living room, cleaning, clear rubbish, change mattress, laundry and helping with grocery within walking distance from home.
Mind stimulation: playing games and activities and etc.
Assistance with medication: remind client that it is medication time and assist necessary.
Elder sitting and respite: accompany and ensure client’s safety at all times, reading newspaper and other activities.
Simple maintenance exercise: assess client’s condition and provide necessary exercise prescribed by therapist and etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Salary:

$1060/month.
Working hours and days: 44hours / 6 days a week.
Housing allowance: $500/month (stay out).
Food: Not Provided.

** Employer will allows the employee to fully cover the ITE course cost, candidates must agree to stay for 4 years (which is including ITE bond) otherwise employee has to pay Liquidated Damages of S$2000 to employer. **
