Position: Healthcare Assistant (WP)
Nationality: Myanmar
Gender: Male only (25 – 30 years)
Requirements:
- Must have height and weight must be above 155cm and 55kg respectively.
- Must have related healthcare/nursing certificates, (3-6 months training course).
- Must be able to speak and understand simple English.
- Must be willing to take care of disability patients (exp: muscular dystrophy/atrophy, spastic, cerebral palsy, deformities, spinal/head injuries and etc.).
- Must have relevant working experience in healthcare.
- Candidate MUST NOT have Tuberculosis (TB), cancer and other serious disease before.
- Must be able to do night shift.
- Willing to do all types of duties including those concerning sanitary ones.
- Must be physically strong to support elderly and sick patients.
- Must not have visible tattoo on hands and etc.
Duties:
- All various duties expected of a healthcare assistant in an elder care and nursing home like changing of diaper, cleaning/clearing of faeces, etc.
- Caring of elderly to perform daily routines such as bathing, feeding, going to washroom.
- Any duties in the nursing home like tending to garden, cleaning, etc.
Salary:
- $600/month basic.
- Working hours and days: 44 hrs and 6 days a week. day and night shift works.
- Housing : Provided, stay-in.
- Food: Provided.
- OT: 1.5x for normal OT, 2x for rest day and PH.
- Night shift allowance: $10/night.
