Requirements:
- Must be able to speak / understand good English.
- Must have Nurse Aide / Healthcare Assistant Certificate.
- မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဆေးရုံတခုခုတွင်လုပ်သက်အနည်းဆုံး (2)နှစ် ရှိရမည်။
- Must be flexible, not calculative.
- Must be work on both day and night shifts (if required).
- Must be physically strong to carry or support the elderly.
- Must be willing to do all types of duties including those concerning sanitary ones.
- Must be willing to comply with the Standard Operating Procedure when discharging.
- Must have good attitude, willing to work hard, patient, kind, caring and good tempered.
- Must not have visible tattoo on hands and etc.
Duties:
- All various duties expected of a healthcare assistant in an elder care and nursing home like changing of diaper, cleaning/clearing of faeces, etc.
- Caring of elderly to perform daily routines such as bathing, feeding, going to washroom.
- Supervise / assist residents in personal grooming and daily living activities.
- Assist residents in their daily needs and during programmes / outings.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premises.
- Any duties in the nursing home like tending to garden, cleaning, etc.
Salary:
- $750/month.
- Night shift allowance: $5/night.
- Working hours and days: 3 shift , 44 hours per week.
- Housing: Provided. Stay in Home.
- Food: Provided.
