Requirements:

Must have Civil Engineering Diploma and above.
Must have at least 2-3 years working experience in the renovation and construction industry (preferred Singapore experience).
Must be able to use AutoCAD (read and draw).
Must be able to communicate, read and write in English.
Must be able to do multi-task and handle pressure from management and consultant.
Positive attitude and willing to learn with strong sense of responsibility.
Must be willing to OT without pay if project requires.

Duties:

Ensure smooth operation of projects.
Produce Auto-CAD drawing as needed or required.
Co-ordinate the process and delivery of material with suppliers.
Supervise to ensure that projects are going according to plan and meeting deadline.
Attend site surveys, tender meetings and co-ordination with consultants.
Enquire price with supplier and providing quotations according to site measurements.
Any other ad-hoc duties.
