Position: Agri-Technology Farm Worker (WP)
Nationality: Myanmar
Gender: Male
Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 skill – can be welding, electrical or plumbing.
- Must be able to come in fast.
- Must not have history of mental problem.
- Must be fit and able to squat and not afraid of height.
- Must be young and obedient, cannot be someone smart always want to get salary breakdown.
- Must be able to tolerate smelly working environment because must handle fertilizer.
- Must be able to work under any conditions, including hot sun.
- Must be able to carry 10-20kgs.
- Must be hardworking and willing to do hard work.
- Must not drink alcohol and no smoking.
- Must understand basic English so that can communicate with the bosses.
- Must be punctual in all instances, i.e. report for work, finish break and meals on time.
Duties:
- Farm plant duties: watering, adding fertilizer, weeding and spraying pesticide.
- Farm maintenance duties: plumbing and various area cleaning tasks like climbing up to clean rooftop, sweeping, etc.
- Physical work like loading / unloading / carrying.
- Any other duties.
Salary:
- $19 / day.
- Working hours: 7:30am – 5pm (include 1 hour lunch break and 30 mins tea break)
- Rest days: 1 rest day a month.
- OT: 1.5x.
- Housing: Provided, stay in farm.
- Can buy food and cook.
- Daily 2 hrs OT.
