Position: Admin/Customer Service Personnel (S Pass)

Requirements:

  • Must be below 35 years.
  • Must be able to speak, read & write English well.
  • Must be willing to work in an office space inside a farm (orchid / plants nursery) environment. some part of the nursery will be smelly and dirty.
  • Must have working experience in office environment and proficient in use of computer and email.
  • Must be good in Mathematics because need to deal with invoices.
  • Must be willing to learn, obedient and hardworking.
  • Must not smoke or drink alcohol.
  • Must be able to walk freely among the orchid pathways which are 60cm wide.

Duties:

  • Read & reply email, generating invoices, taking orders, bookkeeping, handle phone calls, use computer to do some documents, filing, scanning, online certificate application.
  • Packing duties: refer to invoices/receipts to select plants to pack into boxes.
  • Perform customer service role like handling of phone calls.
  • Take orders, general invoice and pick orchid according to the order.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties.

Salary:

  • $2000-$2400/month (depending on experience).
  • OT: NA.
  • Working days and hours: 6 days a week / 8am – 6pm.
  • Rest days: 1 rest day a week (arranged by employer, not on weekend).
  • Housing: included in salary. look for own room to stay outside.
  • Food: Not provided.
