What began as a passion project by our founder, Alex Aung—an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach—to help friends and community members navigate the Singaporean job landscape, has grown into a professional recruitment firm. Today, we focus exclusively on employment agency services, providing a streamlined and professional pathway for job seekers to secure meaningful employment.
As a sole-operated agency, we pride ourselves on a personalized and highly responsive approach. ၂၀၁၈ ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်တည်ထောင်ခဲ့သော Alex Aung Career Guidance Service သည် ယခုအခါ စင်ကာပူအခြေစိုက် အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်းဆိုင်ရာ အကြံပေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုမှတစ်ဆင့် တရားဝင်လိုင်စင်ရ အလုပ်အကိုင်ရှာဖွေရေးအေဂျင်စီ (Employment Agency) အဖြစ်သို့ ပြောင်းလဲတိုးချဲ့ခဲ့ပြီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ အဓိကရည်မှန်းချက်မှာ စင်ကာပူနိုင်ငံတွင် အလုပ်အကိုင်ရှာဖွေနေသည့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသား ပညာရှင်များနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းခွင်အသီးသီးမှ အလုပ်အကိုင်အခွင့်အလမ်းကောင်းများကို အကောင်းဆုံး ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးရန် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
အစပိုင်းတွင် International Coach Federation (ICF) အသိအမှတ်ပြုနည်းပြတစ်ဦးဖြစ်သူ ကိုအဲလက်စ်အောင် (Alex Aung) က စင်ကာပူတွင် အလုပ်ရှာဖွေနေသည့် မိတ်ဆွေသူငယ်ချင်းများကို ကူညီပေးရာမှ စတင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပြီး၊ ယခုအခါ ပရော်ဖက်ရှင်နယ် အလုပ်အကိုင်ရှာဖွေရေး ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကိုသာ အဓိကထား လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးနေပြီ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
